Sadly, due to the tier 4 restrictions announced by the Scottish Government we are closing on Christmas Eve until Tuesday 26th January with all staff furloughed.
If you had arranged a collection or delivery in January you will have received a text, email or phone call advising this has been re-arranged and confirming a new date in February. If this new arrangement doesn’t suit please email and provide your name, address, postcode and contact number and we will cancel the new booking for you. If the new appointment is suitable there is no need for you to take any action.
We have no staff available to deal with calls until we return however we will be able to action & respond to emails and webforms from 11th January.
You can still arrange to donate your reusable items by completing our online donation form. Uplifts will be arranged to take place early February and you will receive confirmation by text message from 11th January onwards if you provide a mobile No on the form.
